We aim to get your Home & Hue order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Every Home & Hue mat is custom-made with intention. From the backing beneath each piece to the finest threads woven into the design, every element is carefully selected to deliver the right balance of comfort, quality, durability, and beauty. Nothing is chosen at random—every detail is considered to create a mat made specifically for your space.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this time, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
